digirapids.com believes in assisting its customers to the fullest extent possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
  • Digirapids.com does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or edibles. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is substandard.
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant within 7 days of receiving the products.
  • If you believe that the product received does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, please notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for any complaints.
  • If a refund is approved by Digirapids.com, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
